We currently offer three types of boxes: Full Suit, Suit Separate, and Blazer. Each box type comes in three price tiers: Essentials, Signature, and Elite, featuring different brands to meet various style and budget needs.

Essentials Box: Includes brands like Mazari, Michael Adams, Angelo Rossi, Tazzio, and Zegarie.

Signature Box: Features brands such as Tallia, DKNY, and Zegarie.

Elite Box: Contains premium brands like Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Tallia, and Kenneth Cole.

 

Are the suits and blazers from MySuitBox purchased or rented?

All items from MySuitBox are purchased, not rented. Once you receive your box, the suits and blazers are yours to keep!

 

How long does it take to receive my first box?

The first box typically ships within 3-5 business days but can take up to 10 business days. Subsequent boxes follow a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly shipping schedule based on what you choose.

 

What is your return and exchange policy?

Each box comes with a one-time, 14-day free return or exchange policy, provided the items are in new condition, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.

 

Do I need to tailor my items?

 Full Suit Box: Requires local tailoring.

 Suit Separate Box: May require tailoring.

 Blazer Box: Typically does not require tailoring but might in some cases.

 

Can I customize the frequency of my boxes?

Yes, our default shipping is monthly, but weekly and bi-weekly options are available in the style quiz. You can pre-arrange other frequencies by contacting us at hello@mysuitbox.com.

The style quiz helps us understand your preferences. It includes options for fit (slim or modern), desired colors, and whether you prefer conservative or trendy styles, or a mix of both.

There are no commitments. You can cancel or skip boxes at any time by accessing your account or contacting us.
